Guillette’s Professional Construction is based out of North Troy Vermont, just in the shadow of Jay Peak Ski & Golf Resort. We work within the NorthEast Kingdom, encompasing Orleans, Essex, and Franklin Counties, but we are ready to travel further if neccessary.
We prefer that our customer purchases the materials themselves, we only charge for labor. This way, you feel comfortable knowing that no markup exists for your materials. We are unique since many contractors prefer purchasing the materials for you, and in turn, you end up paying more than you need to for your materials.

NORTH TROY — A large number of residents here support the efforts of the trustees, despite recent bad publicity.
The turnout was high for the annual Village Meeting Tuesday night. Just under 100 residents attended the meeting and voted on many issues by voice, and some by paper ballot.
The polls were open during the day for residents to vote on changing the village charter. Voters defeated 135 to 31, an article that would change the number of trustees from three to five. Article two, setting up a removal mechanism for an elected trustee, also went down by a large margin, 133 to 35. Voter turnout was just over 70 percent.
Trustee Chris Choquette said she was thrilled with the turnout during the day, and at the village meeting, and she was very pleased with the overwhelming support the village showed the trustees. She said with the recent controversies she was unsure how the village as a whole stood, but it was clear Tuesday night. Choquette said she feels the town is even closer now. TROY — Voters here authorized the selectmen Tuesday to buy a new road grader at a cost up to $181,000. And they passed the road budget as proposed.
